City Council ReportAssignment Description: When it is your turn to serve as the sector representative to the city council, it will be necessary for your "city council team" to prepare a PowerPoint presentation. This presentation will be designed as "if" you were truly planning to present in front of an actual city hall format to the residents of your community after serving for a so-called year. This PowerPoint will explain your sector's concerns, issues, recommended project, and budgetary requirements.

Assignment Reflection
The PowerPoint presentation was another opportunity for me to collaborate with different peers in this course. The assignment put one member from each
sector together to create a presentation demonstrating each sector’s concerns, issues and budgetary requirements for the entire city of Centerville. This gave me the opportunity to create a visually appealing presentation, collaboratively make decisions with my peers, and a chance for me to practice my
communication and negotiation skills in a virtual environment. Being able to be in the city council allowed to see the importance of communication and
negotiation when several people are trying to do what they think is best.
